The Four Emotions That Can Lead to Life Change

For Latest Updates Always Visit http://satish24k.blogspot.com/

The Four Emotions That Can Lead to Life Change
Emotions are the most powerful forces inside us. Under the power of emotions, human beings can perform the most heroic (as well as barbaric) acts.
To a great degree, civilization itself can be defined as the intelligent channeling of human emotion. Emotions are fuel and the mind is the pilot, which together propel the ship of civilized progress.
Which emotions cause people to act?
There are four basic ones; each, or a combination of several, can trigger the most incredible activity. The day that you allow these emotions to fuel your desire is the day you'll turn your life around.
1) DISGUST - One does not usually equate the word "disgust" with positive action. And yet properly channeled, disgust can change a person's life. The person who feels disgusted has reached a point of no return. He or she is ready to throw down the gauntlet at life and say, "I've had it!"
That's what I said after many humiliating experiences at age 25, I said. "I don't want to live like this anymore. I've had it with being broke. I've had it with being embarrassed, and I've had it with lying."
Yes, productive feelings of disgust come when a person says, "Enough is enough."
The "guy" has finally had it with mediocrity. He's had it with those awful sick feelings of fear, pain and humiliation. He then decides he is not going to live like this anymore." Look out! This could be the day that turns a life around.
Call it what you will, the "I've had it" day, the "never again" day, the "enough's enough" day. Whatever you call it, it's powerful! There is nothing so life-changing as gut-wrenching disgust!
2) DECISION - Most of us need to be pushed to the wall to make decisions. And once we reach this point, we have to deal with the conflicting emotions that come with making them. We have reached a fork in the road. Now this fork can be a two-prong, three-prong, or even a four-prong fork. No wonder that decision-making can create knots in stomachs, keep us awake in the middle of the night, or make us break out in a cold sweat.
Making life-changing decisions can be likened to internal civil war. Conflicting armies of emotions, each with its own arsenal of reasons, battle each other for supremacy of our minds. And our resulting decisions, whether bold or timid, well thought out or impulsive, can either set the course of action or blind it. I don't have much advice to give you about decision-making except this:
Whatever you do, don't camp at the fork in the road. Decide. It's far better to make a wrong decision than to not make one at all. Each of us must confront our emotional turmoil and sort out our feelings.
3) DESIRE - How does one gain desire? I don't think I can answer this directly because there are many ways. But I do know two things about desire:
a. It comes from the inside not the outside.
b. It can be triggered by outside forces.
Almost anything can trigger desire. It's a matter of timing as much as preparation. It might be a song that tugs at the heart. It might be a memorable sermon. It might be a movie, a conversation with a friend, a confrontation with the enemy, or a bitter experience. Even a book or an article such as this one can trigger the inner mechanism that will make some people say, "I want it now!"
Therefore, while searching for your "hot button" of pure, raw desire, welcome into your life each positive experience. Don't erect a wall to protect you from experiencing life. The same wall that keeps out your disappointment also keeps out the sunlight of enriching experiences. So let life touch you. The next touch could be the one that turns your life around.
4) RESOLVE - Resolve says, "I will." These two words are among the most potent in the English language. I WILL. Benjamin Disraeli, the great British statesman, once said, "Nothing can resist a human will that will stake even its existence on the extent of its purpose." In other words, when someone resolves to "do or die," nothing can stop him.
The mountain climber says, "I will climb the mountain. They've told me it's too high, it's too far, it's too steep, it's too rocky, it's too difficult. But it's my mountain. I will climb it. You'll soon see me waving from the top or you'll never see me, because unless I reach the peak, I'm not coming back." Who can argue with such resolve?
When confronted with such iron-will determination, I can see Time, Fate and Circumstance calling a hasty conference and deciding, "We might as well let him have his dream. He's said he's going to get there or die trying."
The best definition for "resolve" I've ever heard came from a schoolgirl in Foster City, California. As is my custom, I was lecturing about success to a group of bright kids at a junior high school. I asked, "Who can tell me what "resolve" means?" Several hands went up, and I did get some pretty good definitions. But the last was the best.
A shy girl from the back of the room got up and said with quiet intensity,
"I think resolve means promising yourself you will never give up."
That's it! That's the best definition I've ever heard: PROMISE YOURSELF YOU'LL NEVER GIVE UP.
Think about it! How long should a baby try to learn how to walk? How long would you give the average baby before you say, "That's it, you've had your chance"? You say that's crazy? Of course it is. Any mother would say, "My baby is going to keep trying until he learns how to walk!" No wonder everyone walks.
There is a vital lesson in this. Ask yourself, "How long am I going to work to make my dreams come true?" I suggest you answer, "As long as it takes."
That's what these four emotions are all about.

Success Begins in Your Mind - 7 Steps to a Positive Attitude and a Life You Love

Success Begins in Your Mind - 7 Steps to a Positive Attitude and a Life You Love

Are you living the life you would like to be living? Are you enjoying the good things of life that you define as success? You hold the power to change the course of your life. You are in control of what happens to you and it begins in your mind with the attitude you have toward life. If your attitude is negative you will not live a life you love and success will elude you. When you begin living life with a positive attitude your life will become the life you love living.

1. Think positive. Your thoughts are your most important factor in creating the life you live. Discipline yourself to only allow positive thoughts to reside in your mind. Find ways to control your thinking.

2. Speak positive. Your words reflect your thoughts. Control your words - speak only positive words. Let your words reflect your new discipline - positive thinking.

3. Look for the good in others. As you focus on the positive qualities of others you begin to enjoy those people more and your life becomes more positive. Learn to always look for the things in other people that you admire. State those discoveries in your mind and to those people you were thinking about.

4. Find something good to speak about. These words have been my guide in life: "Small minds talk about people. Average minds speak about things. Great minds speak about ideas." Learn to have a great mind by speaking of ideas, dreams, goals, plans, and the good things about life.

5. Do not worry. Worry steals the joy out of living. Worry is only borrowing trouble for yourself. Become a problem solver instead of worrying about those problems.

6. Focus on the future. Don't stay stuck in the past. Focus on a bright future and think on how much you will enjoy working towards and accomplishing your goals.

7. Gratitude. Learn to count the blessings in your life. Every day, find a minimum of 5 things you are thankful for. As you focus on the good things in life and train your mind and your mouth to be positive your life will take on new meaning and you will lead a life that is also positive.

Here's to the abundant success you were designed to achieve!

The Perfect Job: Is There Really Such a Thing?

For Latest Updates Always Visit http://satish24k.blogspot.com/

The Perfect Job: Is There Really Such a Thing?
Most of us make the mistake of telling ourselves that our lives will be great, just as soon as we find the perfect job. As a result, we end up defining our ideal situation based on some arbitrary set of rules around job title, level of pay, amount of vacation time, and whether or not we have an office with a window. We say in our minds, once we find these things, our lives will be perfect. Life will be filled with passion. Life will be incredibly great. Life will be filled with happiness!
There is one big problem with this line of thinking- it is incredibly flawed. Even if we did find that "perfect" job, after a period of time it would probably become stale and unsatisfying. You see, passion exists within us. We create our own passion- the excitement, enthusiasm, and emotion that we feel towards something. It is not our environment that creates that passion. It is our thoughts and feeling towards something that creates those feelings.
It is also the thoughts and feelings that we carry with us that create our own "dead-end," lifeless situations. We spend so much of our time thinking about what we hate and what doesn't work that our lives become miserable. We repeat and reinforce the same story over and over in our minds- this sucks, this isn't working right, this is miserable, I won't be happy unless I find the perfect job. We become stuck in a downward spiraling cycle of negativity and with that there certainly is no passion.
So, how do we break that cycle of negativity and pull the passion that is inside of us to the forefront?
1) Take an honest look at what you're focusing on while you are at work. Do you spend most of your time focusing on what you don't like about your job? If so, change that around. Look for the things you do like- maybe it is the people or the flexibility of the work hours. Focus on those things instead.
2) Make a list of at least 10 things you like about your work. When you are having a "poor me" moment at work, pull the list out and reflect on those things you like.
3) Out of the list of 10 above, find one thing that you can spend a considerable amount of time focusing on each day. Maybe there is a certain customer that you like working with more than others. Find a way that you can focus more on that relationship, or think about what it is you really like about that customer. Spend your time focusing on how you can replicate that with other customers, and not how much you dislike the other customers.
4) Practice "mindfulness." Be aware of where you are in the present moment. Direct your mind away from the negative thoughts you have about your job and instead focus exclusively on the task at hand.
5) Ask yourself, is this really so bad? Chances are- it's not. Otherwise, you would be in a different job already. Remember, we are not really as "stuck" as we wish to think we are. There are always options available to us.

Nine Emotions in Love

For Latest Updates Always Visit http://satish24k.blogspot.com/

The first – Seeing Beauty of each other

The old saying “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”, means that different people will find different things beautiful and that the differences of opinion don’t matter greatly. When there is love, you will find the best look at each other, even if there is another object of the opposite sex more beautiful than your love, but for you, but for you he/she isn’t beautiful at all. There’re no others people can be compared to yours.

The second – Feeling dear

When you love someone, There’s always this warm feeling with him, you will feel very comfortable, very harmonious. You can trust and rely on him. He was like a close family, or even, more intimate than a family, and in this intimate, you feel more of a warm feeling – a feeling that is dear. In this kingdom of love, he is willing to accommodate all of your up and down.

The third – Sense of envy and respect

In a love relationship, there should be sense of feeling proud of each other, you will appreciate each other in everything, including internal and external conditions and benefits. If this feeling exists, whether he did anything succeed or fail, you will appreciate his talent, rather than focus on results.

The fourth Show Appreciation

Love, praise each other, and not only enjoy, or muddle through it. Tell him how great he is, how much you appreciate the little things he does to help you (no matter how small), and how much he’s loved. Important that you compliment each other’s little acts.

The fifth – Respect for self-esteem

Love relationships can improve a person’s self-esteem, you can make one feel the meaning of life, do the things that you like with disregard to criticism, have your own taste, dare to take risks, to do the things that others fear of doing and to step out of your comfort zone. That would make you feel unique.

The sixth – Possessive

Love is absolutely exclusive, is not with others to share their intimate male-female relationships, but love does need spaces. Let your partner know that you don’t believe that real love means trying to possess–to own–the one you love. Real love means wanting them to be the individual that they are and to be free to grow and change as that individual.

The seventh – Freedom

When we love someone for real we are elated by their individuality and freedom. We do not spend our time fearing that we will lose this person if we let them off of our chain, but are happy for them. We respect their privacy and don’t ask for full reports of what it is they do or say when they are not with us. If a person has a valid reason, his freedom of action must be respected, so as not to damage the relationship of love between two people.

The eighth – Deep sympathy

People often have people who love the feeling of pity, often considered the other side, if the other setbacks, we will be very willing to share his pain and frustration, the other side have suffered their own experiences as suffering the same, because love, we are willing to sacrifice themselves for each other’s interests.

The ninth – Physical intimacy

When the opposite sex is in the interest of a certain sex or love, they all want to have physical contact with each other. Love life in such a formal desire is always there. Beside acts of sexual impulses, it also includes many other intimate physical

10 Guidelines from God

For Latest Updates Always Visit http://satish24k.blogspot.com/

10 Guidelines from God

Effective Immediately: please be aware that there are changes YOU need to make in YOUR life. These changes need to be completed in order that I may fulfill My promises to you to grant you peace, joy and happiness in this life. I apologize for any inconvenience, but after all that I am doing, this seems very little to ask of you. Please, follow these 10 guidelines

1. QUIT WORRYING: Life has dealt you a blow and all you do is sit and worry. Have you forgotten that I am here to take all your burdens and carry them for you? Or do you just enjoy fretting over every little thing that comes your way?

2. PUT IT ON THE LIST: Something needs done or taken care of. Put it on the list. No, not YOUR list. Put it on MY to-do-list. Let ME be the one to take care of the problem. I can’t help you until you turn it over to Me. And although My to-do-list is long, I am after all… God. I can take care of anything you put into My hands. In fact, if the truth were ever really known, I take care of a lot of things for you that you never even realize.

3. TRUST ME: Once you’ve given your burdens to Me, quit trying to take them back. Trust in Me. Have the faith that I will take care of all your needs, your problems and your trials. Problems with the kids? Put them on My list. Problem with finances? Put it on My list. Problems with your emotional roller coaster? For My sake, put it on My list. I want to help you. All you have to do is ask.

4. LEAVE IT ALONE: Don’t wake up one morning and say, “Well, I’m feeling much stronger now, I think I can handle it from here.” Why do you think you are feeling stronger now? It’s simple. You gave Me your burdens and I’m taking care of them. I also renew your strength and cover you in my peace. Don’t you know that if I give you these problems back, you will be right back where you started? Leave them with Me and forget about them. Just let Me do my job.

5. TALK TO ME: I want you to forget a lot of things. Forget what was making you crazy. Forget the worry and the fretting because you know I’m in control. But there’s one thing I pray you never forget. Please, don’t forget to talk to Me – OFTEN! I love YOU! I want to hear your voice. I want you to include Me in on the things going on in your life. I want to hear you talk about your friends and family. Prayer is simply you having a conversation with Me. I want to be your dearest friend.

6. HAVE FAITH: I see a lot of things from up here that you can’t see from where you are. Have faith in Me that I know what I’m doing. Trust Me; you wouldn’t want the view from My eyes. I will continue to care for you, watch over you, and meet your needs. You only have to trust Me. Although I have a much bigger task than you, it seems as if you have so much trouble just doing your simple part. How hard can trust be?

7. SHARE: You were taught to share when you were only two years old. When did you forget? That rule still applies. Share with those who are less fortunate than you. Share your joy with those who need encouragement. Share your laughter with those who haven’t heard any in such a long time. Share your tears with those who have forgotten how to cry. Share your faith with those who have none.

8. BE PATIENT: I managed to fix it so in just one lifetime you could have so many diverse experiences. You grow from a child to an adult, have children, change jobs many times, learn many trades, travel to so many places, meet thousands of people, and experience so much. How can you be so impatient then when it takes Me a little longer than you expect to handle something on My to-do-list? Trust in My timing, for My timing is perfect. Just because I created the entire universe in only six days, everyone thinks I should always rush, rush, rush.

9. BE KIND: Be kind to others, for I love them just as much as I love you. They may not dress like you, or talk like you, or live the same way you do, but I still love you all. Please try to get along, for My sake. I created each of you different in some way. It would be too boring if you were all identical. Please, know I love each of your differences.

10. LOVE YOURSELF: As much as I love you, how can you not love yourself? You were created by me for one reason only — to be loved, and to love in return. I am a God of Love. Love Me. Love your neighbors. But also love yourself. It makes My heart ache when I see you so angry with yourself when things go wrong. You are very precious to me. Don’t ever forget that!

With all my heart I love you, GOD.

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY UNIQUE!

For Latest Updates Always Visit http://satish24k.blogspot.com/

You Are Unique

Think what a remarkable, unduplicatable, and miraculous thing it is to be you! Of all the people who have come and gone on the earth, since the beginning of time, not ONE of them is like YOU!

No one who has ever lived or is to come has had your combination of abilities, talents, friends, acquaintances, burdens, sorrows and opportunities.

No, one's hair grows exactly the way yours does. No one's finger prints are like yours. No one has the same combination of secret inside jokes and family expressions that you know.

The few people who laugh at all the same things you do, don't sneeze the way you do. No one prays about exactly the same concerns as you do. No one is loved by the same combination of people that love you - NO ONE!

No one before, no one to come. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY UNIQUE! Enjoy that uniqueness. You do not have to pretend in order to seem more like someone else. You weren't meant to be like someone else. You do not have to lie to conceal the of you that are not like what you see in anyone else.

You were meant to be different. Nowhere ever in all of history will the same things be going in anyone's mind, soul and spirit as are going on in yours right now.

If you did not exist, there would be a hole in creation, a gap in history, something missing from the plan for humankind.

Treasure your uniqueness. It is a gift given only to you. Enjoy it and share it!

No one can reach out to others in the same way that you can. No one can speak your words. No one can convey your meanings. No one can comfort with your kind of comfort. No one can bring your kind of understanding to another person.

No one can be cheerful and lighthearted and joyous in your way. No one can smile your smile. No one else can bring the whole unique impact of you to another human being.

Share your uniqueness. Let it be free to flow out among your family and friends and people you meet in the rush and clutter of living wherever you are. That gift of yourself was given you to enjoy and share. Give yourself away!

See it! Receive it! Let it tickle you! Let it inform you and nudge you and inspire you!

YOU ARE UNIQUE!
